Being the latest addition to one of the Largest Exporting / Trading Group of Pakistan namely M/s. Yunus Brothers, which has been exporting Textile Products as well as General Items to most of the countries of the world since last very many years, we M/s Luck Knits (pvt) Ltd, came into being in April, 2005.
 
Headed by Mr. M. Sohail Tabba (CEO), M/s Luck Knits (pvt) Ltd. has its own Knitting, Processing & Stitching set-up’s which are completely equipped with the latest state of the art machinery to produce knitted garments to meet all  world class standards.

Our group’s yarn business is carried out under the name of M/s. Fazal Textile Mills Limited & M/s. Gadoon Textile Mills Limited whereas, its woven business is being done under the name of M/s Lucky Textile and M/s Yunus Textile.

New Processing Department

•Our New Dyeing & Processing Unit for Woven & Knitted Fabric has a total covered area of 4,40,000 sq feet, out of which 2,10,000 sq.ft. at the ground level is for processing. Whereas,on the 1st floor, it will have Stitching & Greige fabric storage.

•The area for stitching will be 1,40,000 sq.ft.
 
The capacity of this dye house is:
 
–Woven Fabric: 1, 50,000 meters/day
–Knitted Fabric: 14 tons/day

•The above capacity is for 2006 for the first phase, and in the second phase (Yr 2006-2007) we hope to reach the following capacities depending  on business situations.
 
• Woven Fabric: 2,20,000 meters/day.
• Knitted Fabric: 28 tons/day.

•Current floor has a space of 44,500 sq. ft., which is enough for 32 Modules (100,000 Dzns/month) cutting, sewing, packaging, trims and finish goods storage.

•Here we have a space of 60,000 sq.ft. on 1st floor where we have a 30 modules for producing 120,000 dzn garments monthly. Similarly same space is available on the ground floor as well.
